I've been adopted! Dec. 27, 2009
We believe Susie may be a Pug mix, she's a small dog that's close to medium size, and about 4 years old. She was left behind when her family moved away, then she had puppies under the empty house. Susie is housetrained and crate trained, good with kids and other dogs, and is a really friendly happy dog.
Susie has been spayed, she is negative for heartworms, is parasite free has had all her shots, and has been started on heartworm prevention. Susie weighs about 27 pounds, so she is not a big medium, especially because of her short legs. She does like to ride in the car, and walks ok on a leash. Won't you let Susie put some sunshine in your life!
Susie's adoption fee is $100. She will only go to a home that will have her as a part of the family, an inside pet. She does like to run in the yard some, but must not be left outside all the time. The home she goes to MUST have a secure fenced yard.
The first step if you are interested in meeting Susie is to fill out our Adoption Application .
After your application has been approved, we will set up an appointment to meet.
Pets For Life Rescue has decided as a group not to ship our pets, the prospective owners must be able to come see the pets in person.
