We prefer emails as our method of corresponding. We get many phone calls each day (about animals that need help and families who want to adopt). We simply cannot keep up with our calls. It is much easier for us to respond to emails when we have free time (often these are hours where most people are asleep). Beethoven is Melody's puppy. So Boston Terrier is the only breed we can see for sure. He is about 4 months old and would be a wonderful pet for a family this Christmas.
Beethoven is being crate trained, he barks when he needs to go potty outside. And of course when he has to go back in the crate, he will bark for a little bit. He loves playing with his mom and the other foster dogs, even the big ones. And he loves to play with children, of course if they are under 6 they should be supervised. We can't say for sure how big he will be, but looks like he won't get bigger than 20 pounds or the small dog category.
Beethoven is going to the vet to be neutered on Dec. 9, 2010 and will be ready to go to his new home Dec. 20.
His adoption fee is $150, which includes all shots up to date and neuter.
All of our pets are fostered in family homes. please read our guidelines carefully. If the animal is listed on our site, it is still available. We will update our listings as soon as the animal has found a home.
